Why can't I pay by American Express credit card?
Currently we do not accept American Express payments. However we do accept, Visa, Mastercards, Maestro and Delta.
I want to change my payment details / payment method, how can I do this?

Where is my password email?
If you signed up online your password is should be recieved immediately, along with 'Getting Started' instructions. Occasionally this can take up to one hour, however contact us if it hasn't arrived after one hour. Important Note: Please check your spam/junk folders (especially true for gmail and googlemail accounts).
I'm having trouble logging in, what should I do?
Please note that users can only be logged into one computer at a time with their individual login details. Please check that you're not already logged in on another computer and try again.
I can't login - it's saying my username or email address isn't recognised?
Please speak with the person in your company who manages your RecruitmentTraining.com account - we call them a 'Master Administrator'. They can check to see if you've been 'invited' as a user, and which email address or username you should be using.

Can I view videos on my devices as well as computer?
Yes. Our website and videos are compatible with a full spectrum of mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads (IOS) , Android phones and tablets.
Sometimes the streaming quality of videos varies, why is this?
All our videos are HD ready and 'multi-bitrate' - which means they are saved in several sizes to avoid buffering. Your internet connection speed will determine which size of video is streamed to you from our video host. So, if the videos appear to be poorer quality it is likely you have a slow internet connection.
Does it matter which web browser I use?
No, our site is compatible with all current internet browsers, typically Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome and Opera. However If you are experiencing problems we recommend Firefox, which can be downloaded for free at: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/.
What kind of internet connection and speed will I need to watch your videos?
Ideally broadband (as opposed to a dial up modem) should be used, and the connection speed should be 1.5 Mbps+. You can check your speed here: www.speedtest.net
If your internet speed is slower than this, you may want to contact your internet service provider to find a solution, as they should be able to provide speeds greatly in excess of 1.5mb+

If you experience problems watching our videos there are three things you can try:
1. Check your Firewall - these can occasionally cause a problem. Please contact your Network Administrator or IT Support Service.
2. Check your web browser - if you are having problems, then we suggest you try Firefox, which can be downloaded for free at: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/
3. Check your internet speed - Ideally broadband (as opposed to a dial up modem) should be used, and the connection speed should be 1.5 Mbps+.

I submitted an application to join the Trainers Directory - when will I be listed?
Once your application has been received it will be vetted by our admin team. If approved your details will then be uploaded to the directory, usually within 48 hours.
